These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Auto AI Google Review Reply website and the Review Reply service (“Service”), operated by Yingrest. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
2. Accounts & Google connection
The Service connects to your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activity performed under your account. Review Reply only manages the reviews you authorise and never posts without your configuration.
3. Automatic replies
Automatic publishing only happens when you enable automation and define eligible star ratings. Until then, AI drafts stay in your inbox waiting for approval. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish.
4. Intellectual property
The Service and its content, design, features and functionality are owned by Yingrest or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse the Service or its branding without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Rankings in Google Search and Maps depend on many factors, including review quality, proximity, profile completeness and competition. Yingrest does not guarantee any specific ranking or business outcome.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
